Approach to Counseling: I approach counseling from a whole person and learning perspective, focusing on making small immediate changes to help a person feel better and more confident as therapy unfolds.

What is a piece of advice that stuck with you? Focus on doing my job rather than emptying my inbox!

Favorite Dessert(s): Coffee ice cream than actually tastes like coffee and my mom’s plain cheesecake.

Approach to Counseling: Counseling for me is instrumental toward the well-being of a person. I approach it in a holistic way, where considerations about the body, mind, and spirit intertwine and produce balance.

What is a piece of advice that stuck with you? Be patient and persevere. Those two are key in my life as a person, as a professional and as a human being.

Approach to Counseling: I work from a relational and multicultural perspective. Collaboratively can identify goals for counseling, explore small steps for initial relief and examine patterns to help foster longer term change. I believe it is essential to explore strengths and how those strengths have helped you get to where you are now and can help you continue on your journey.

Favorite Dessert: almost anything chocolate but especially chocolate cake with raspberry filling and peanut M&M’s).
